What we collect

Account details: your email address and name. Your content: the plans, numbers, notes and drafts you create. Usage data: which features you use and when, so we can count AI credits and fix problems. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

Why we use it

To run the service, count AI credits, keep your account secure, answer support requests and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

AI processing

When you use an AI feature, the text needed for that request is sent to our AI provider, provider name, to generate a draft. Confirm and describe the provider’s data-retention and training terms.

Where data is stored

Hosting provider and region. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

This prototype is different: it saves everything in your own browser and sends nothing to a server.

How long we keep it

We keep your content while your account is open. When you delete a project or your account, we delete it from live systems within number days and from backups within number days.

Your rights

You can download your data, correct it or delete it from the app at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as objecting to processing. Contact support@startzero.money to use them.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. Update if analytics are added.
