Terms of service
These terms explain the deal between you and us when you use startzero.money. We have tried to write them in plain words.
Who we are
startzero.money is run by your company’s legal name, registered in country at registered address. “We” and “us” means that company.
What the service does
startzero.money helps founders build financial projections, plan launches and funding, and draft documents with AI. It is a planning tool.
Projections are estimates based on the assumptions you enter. They are not guarantees, and nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Check important decisions with a qualified adviser.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what team members you invite do there.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Your content
You own the plans, numbers and text you put into the service, and the documents you create with it. You give us permission to store and process that content only so we can run the service for you.
Share links you create can be opened by anyone who has the link until you turn sharing off.
AI features
AI features produce drafts. Numbers in drafts come from your plan, and missing facts are marked for you to fill in, but you are responsible for checking a draft before you send or rely on it.
AI features use monthly credits. See the pricing page for what each feature costs.
Plans, payments and lifetime deals
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay. Add billing terms when payments are connected: renewal, cancellation, taxes, refunds.
Lifetime deals are covered by the lifetime deal terms, which form part of these terms.
Fair and lawful use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, scrape or resell the service, overload it with automated requests, or use it to mislead investors, backers or customers.
Changes and ending
We may change the service and these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in advance. You can stop using the service and export or delete your data at any time.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after warning you where we reasonably can.
